      I've spent over 25 years in the Automotive and Retail world, from the workshop floor to the boardroom of a national garage business. I'm a proud Fellow of the IMI and love being involved in the wider automotive community — but what really drives me is people.
      For me, recruitment isn't about CVs and job titles — it's about understanding who someone really is, what makes them tick, and where they can shine. I get to know the businesses I work with inside out, so I can find the kind of people who don't just do the job, but bring energy, ideas, and long-term value.
      Whether it's helping a startup make its first hire or finding the next big player for a well-established team, I put my heart into making the right match.

      Outside of work, I'm a proud dad raising two teenage boys and an adult daughter. My mission at home is the same as in my career — to inspire them to be the best version of themselves, to chase big goals, and to never stop learning.

Over the past five years, the company has achieved a combined seven-figure gross profit, driven by strong client relationships, repeat business, and a reputation for delivering results that go beyond expectations. My role spans strategic growth planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in securing the best possible matches for both employers and candidates. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast – which means I know all about commitment, discipline, and pushing for results. I bring that same energy and drive into my business every single day. My journey began on the workshop floor, tools in hand, working as a mechanic. Over the years, I worked my way up the ranks - technician, Senior Service Advisor, Salesman, and eventually Service Manager - experiencing firsthand the pressures and pace of the industry.
Having walked in those shoes, I understand exactly what businesses need from their people: reliability, drive, and the ability to perform under pressure. And from that, Swipe Right Recruitment was born — a recruitment company that speaks the same language as the businesses we support.
I’m not a recruiter by background - I’m an operator. That gives me a different lens: one rooted in the day-to-day realities of the job, not just CVs and job specs. I know what great talent looks like because I’ve worked alongside it (and managed it).
Whether it’s placing a solid technician in a busy service centre or helping retail teams level up with dependable, customer-focused staff, I bring a no-nonsense, hands-on approach to matching people with roles where they’ll actually thrive.
